A Changhua practice built around the audit file

Smartnetlab grew from ledger work for coastal traders and inland manufacturers who needed an outside opinion without traveling to Taipei for every planning meeting.

Why we exist

Owners in Changhua Hsien often keep books that are honest but unfinished — bank reconciliations delayed, inventory counts partial, related-party rents spoken rather than contracted. Lenders still ask for an audited set of statements. Smartnetlab exists to close that gap with fieldwork that respects local business habits while meeting the evidence standards an opinion requires.

How we work

We start with the trial balance and the people who know it. Planning meetings happen in Mandarin or English as the client prefers. Field staff sample revenue, purchases, and payroll against source documents. Partners review findings before anything reaches a draft report. We decline bookkeeping clients we also audit, so the opinion stays independent.

Where we sit

Our office is at No.81-10,YoungtsoLane,LiaotsoLiLukangTownChanghuaHsien. Much of the work still happens at client premises — warehouses, workshops, and upstairs finance rooms — because ledgers make more sense beside the stock they describe.
